Our accessibility aim

Tickle Treetops Academy aims to make this website understandable and usable for people with diverse abilities, devices, and ways of navigating. WCAG 2.2 AA guides the design and review process. This is an ongoing commitment to improvement, not a claim that every technology and content combination is free from barriers.

Features included

  • Keyboard access for navigation, links, buttons, expandable answers, preferences, and dialogs
  • Visible focus indicators and a skip link to the main content
  • Semantic landmarks, headings, lists, labels, and descriptive links
  • Responsive layouts, readable contrast, generous targets, and support for text zoom
  • Alternative text for meaningful images and hidden treatment for decorative imagery
  • Reduced-motion support when requested through device or browser preferences

Core information and direct contact links remain available without JavaScript. JavaScript is used only for focused enhancements such as the mobile menu, gallery interactions, and analytics preferences.

Ongoing review

This statement is based on an internal self-evaluation of the website. Browser, device, zoom, and assistive-technology combinations can behave differently. Responsive layout, keyboard access, focus order, contrast, reduced motion, and meaningful image descriptions are reviewed as the website changes.

Report an accessibility issue

If something is difficult to use, tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology involved if you are comfortable sharing it.

Email ramya@tickletreetops.com or call 425-610-7790. You may also request program information in another accessible format. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five business days.
